Job Type: W2 Contract

Location: Irving, TX - fully onsite (must be currently living in DFW area)

Compensation range: $60-65/hr

Our client is transforming the digital store experience and seeking a Product Manager to help drive that evolution. In this role, you will define product strategy, lead end-to-end development, and enhance products and services that support both business goals and frontline operations. You will also be responsible for establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure solutions are effective, measurable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to creating meaningful, user-centric digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Bring 2–3 years of direct product management experience delivering measurable value
• Develop a deep understanding of store operations and leverage that knowledge to identify and solve problems
• Gather and analyze insights from stakeholders, market trends, customer research, usability testing, and UAT to ensure solutions are accurately targeted
• Partner closely with software engineering teams to ensure successful and timely product and feature launches
• Provide thoughtful, creative recommendations that enhance product usability and drive user impact
• Produce and review product requirements documents, specifications, wireframes, and prototypes
• Implement a continuous experimentation and evaluation process to measure feature success
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust across cross-functional teams
