Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Asphalt Quality Control position, located in East Grand Forks, MN. The day-to-day tasks include ensuring quality control and quality assurance for asphalt paving projects, implementing good manufacturing practices (GMP), conducting quality audits, and managing overall quality management to ensure the highest standards are met. The role will also involve collaborating with the construction team to address any quality issues and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
• Experience in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Skills in Quality Auditing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in construction or asphalt paving is a plus
• Relevant certifications in quality management are advantageous
