Description:

• Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile practices across multiple teams and ensure the successful delivery of complex software products.
• This role is ideal for a servant-leader who can coach, mentor, and facilitate Agile ceremonies while removing obstacles and driving continuous improvement.
• You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and leadership to ensure agile principles are followed and value is delivered to the business.

• Conducting sprint reviews and retrospectives for continuous improvement.

• Guiding teams in agile best practices to improve efficiency.
• Encouraging self-organization and ownership of processes.
• Conducting regular feedback sessions to enhance team performance.
• Facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Ensuring transparency and accessibility of project-related information.
• Facilitating retrospectives to review and improve team processes.
• Implementing feedback loops for continuous learning and adaptation.
