You Will:

• Perform and coordinate technology related activities involving the use of BIM software
• Responsible for 3D design modeling of MEP systems in Autodesk Revit software
• Produce drawings and design of MEP systems including equipment arrangement drawings, diagrams, plan and section drawings, and details in collaboration with engineers and other designers
• Coordinate layout of equipment and routing of piping, ductwork, electrical and other miscellaneous components with other disciplines and models
• Act as a technical resource for other team members on use of Revit and BIM

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of computer aided drafting and design in Revit
• Associate degree or equivalent from a vocational training program or technical school
• Ideal candidate would have similar MEP design experience in an A/E consulting environment
• Proficient in creating Revit content, model set-up and workflows
• Experience with Navisworks and BIM360 Cloud Collaboration is a plus
• Ability to learn new software programs and tools

The compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 plus yearly merit bonus, benefits, matching 401K pending years of experience, professional licensure and education.
