Title Processor Responsibilities:

  • Opening of new orders and ordering of relevant searches.
  • · Review documents for completeness and follow up for any missing information.
  • · Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
  • Electronic and manual recording of documents.
  • Ability to lead special project assignments.
  • · Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience : At least 1–2 years in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the real estate or legal industry
  • Real Estate or Title Processing Knowledge: Familiarity with title processing, escrow procedures, and real estate documentation is not required, but is highly advantageous
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with staff and clients.
  • Must be detail and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (based on experience)
