Position: Remote Gate Agent (call center)
Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay: $20.82/hr (non-negotiable)
Schedule: Wed–Sun, 9 AM–5:30 PM
Contract: 4 months with strong potential for full-time conversion (November 1oth start date)
Insight Global is hiring Remote Gate Agents to support a Fortune 500 logistics operation. You’ll manage two-way audio/video communications with drivers across North America, coordinating truck arrivals, loading/unloading, and departures at distribution centers. Expect high-volume interactions (~200 drivers/day), so clear communication and attention to detail are essential.
