Job Description

As the Corporate Compliance Manager (Hybrid) you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop a robust third-party due diligence program to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the assessment and monitoring of third-party relationships to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate due diligence processes into broader compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Utilize the FTI Comply system to streamline due diligence processes and enhance program efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on due diligence best practices and procedures.
• Prepare and present reports on due diligence activities and findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building and leading third-party due diligence programs.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with the FTI Comply system is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in compliance or risk management is a plus.
