Job Description

Assistant Property Manager (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity – Denver, CO)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, financial management, and tenant relations in a growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Support : Assist with accounts receivable, rent collection, defaults, payment plans, CAM reconciliation, and accounts payable processing (access to reports but not managing financial packages).
  • Building Operations : Coordinate work orders, ensure building systems function properly, and oversee maintenance and repairs.
  • Lease Administration : Prepare lease abstracts, manage lease documentation, and ensure compliance with lease terms.
  • Vendor Coordination : Assist with vendor contract management, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Software Utilization : Utilize Entrada or similar property management software for tracking and operational tasks.
  • Safety & Compliance : Support fire and life safety training efforts and emergency preparedness initiatives.
  • Project Assistance : Help oversee value-add projects and renovations to improve property performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must have previous Commercial Property Management experience
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional communication, both verbally and in writing, with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
  • Familiarity with building systems and work order coordination
  • Basic financial knowledge related to property management
  • Experience with property renovations or value-add initiatives is a plus
