  • 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role with exposure to recruiting, payroll processes, and employee relations.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment with strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification (or the willingness to get certification)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing company or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with Colorado employment laws and hybrid workplace practices.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Hybrid work environment with a collaborative team culture
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • A mission-driven organization that values its people
