Position Summary

We are currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish + English) and motivated individual to join our Influencer Management & Social Media Team to help grow our TikTok Shop presence. This is an entry-level, on-site position where you will work directly with the Social Media Marketing Manager and Ad Team to drive outreach, revenue, and creative coordination.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with tools such as TikTok Creative Center, TikTok Shop, and TikTok Ads Library, taking the lead on Snap's TikTok initiatives in a constantly evolving space.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to influencers across multiple channels to form positive relationships and represent the Snap brand.
• Manage logistics including orders, shipments, campaign details, and expectations to ensure a smooth influencer experience.
• Collaborate with influencers to help them create compelling content for ads.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Maintain organized records of influencer outreach, communications, deliverables, and campaigns.
• Stay informed about social media trends, competitor activity, and evolving influencer marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual – Spanish and English required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok
• Highly organized and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
• Collaborative team player eager to learn and contribute
• Basic knowledge of marketing and influencer trends is a plus
• Proficiency in TikTok, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience in customer service, influencer marketing, or social media management
