Test Tech will test hardware, hands on at test work stations- may move equipment so they need to be able to lift 50lbs at a minimum - ( they are on rolling carts) debug, and procedure execution - Test Sets include servers, switches and clocks along with power supply 3+ years of experience needed
Job Title: Test Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team and contribute to our product quality assurance process. The Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests, inspections, and troubleshooting activities on our products or systems to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Test Technician or in a similar role. Strong technical skills and knowledge of testing methodologies and procedures.
Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other relevant tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Proficient in using computer software for data recording and analysis. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Understanding of quality control principles and practices. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
