We partner with Fortune 500 clients, private equity firms, and innovative startups to solve complex business problems through technology. Our global team operates across the U.S., India, Latin America, and Europe.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technology Analyst with exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills to join our team in Addison, TX. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who may not have a deep technical background but excel in long-form writing, narrative development, and business articulation.

You will work closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams to capture problem statements, facilitate structured interviews, and translate business challenges into compelling written narratives and solution overviews that serve as foundational input for product and platform development.

Key Responsibilities

· Participate in client meetings and discovery sessions to understand their business challenges and pain points.

· Conduct structured interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather relevant context and information.

· Translate conversations and ideas into clear, cohesive long-form documents that define the problem narrative and solution outline.

· Draft internal briefing documents, client-facing presentations, and written inputs that support the creation of technical product requirements.

· Collaborate with technical leads and product managers to ensure accurate interpretation and consistency of messaging.

· Maintain a repository of written case studies, solution narratives, and thought leadership content.

· Support marketing and strategy teams with compelling written content as needed.

· Help refine customer-facing language for product positioning, solution framing, and go-to-market documents.

Who You Are

· A natural storyteller who can distill complex discussions into structured and impactful narratives.

· A strong listener with the ability to extract the essence of conversations and capture them into clear, business-friendly language.

· Comfortable in client-facing settings and skilled at building rapport with diverse stakeholders.

· Confident in driving clarity, asking the right questions, and synthesizing diverse inputs.

· Passionate about solving problems, even if you're not the one building the tech.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

· 1–4 years of experience in business writing, technical storytelling, marketing content development, or similar roles.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable.

· Experience working with or around technology, consulting, or product teams is a plus.

· Prior exposure to long-form content creation (e.g., white papers, case studies, product briefs) is a strong advantage.

· Familiarity with tools like Notion, Confluence, MS Word, or similar content publishing platforms.

Work Environment

· Location: Onsite – Addison, TX

· Schedule: Flexible (Full-time or Part-time considered based on experience and availability)

· Culture: Collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and impact-driven

Why Join Us

At Code17, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment where your storytelling and writing skills will directly influence how technology solutions are envisioned and delivered. You’ll work on meaningful challenges alongside global engineering and consulting teams while developing a powerful portfolio of strategic narratives and solution case studies.
