The Disability Insurance (DI) Command Center Division is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Staff Services Manager II (SSM II) to lead the Integrated Technical and Analytical Support Group. In this highly influential role, you will oversee the Technical Support Unit and the Operations Analytics Unit, guiding teams responsible for system support, data integration, performance analytics, operational reporting, and workforce optimization tools. As a key leader, you will shape data-driven strategies, ensure the accuracy and reliability of critical systems, and deliver analytical insights that support decision-making across the DI Branch.

This position is eligible for hybrid telework, which may be subject to change.

The headquarters is located in downtown Sacramento, near light rail; with multiple field office locations across the state of California.

The candidate will be required to live in California and report to the nearest DIB office for their in-office days.
