Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager III, Logistical Support – Internal Branch, the Staff Services Manager I (Project Manager) will independently perform the most complex and difficult project analysis, oversee all phases of design and construction facility projects, provide oversight of contractors and vendors, including the continued management, organization of resources and the implementation of work to meet program and project objectives.

Effective January 1, 2026, the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) will change the classification name of Staff Services Manager I to Supervisor I. This update affects the job title, your application will still be valid, and you may be hired under the new Supervisor I title after January 1, 2026.
