Our client, a luxury hospitality group is seeking a driven and polished Service Manager to join their team in Miami, FL. This individual will help lead daily operations, support strong culinary and service standards, and foster a culture rooted in excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for increased revenue and cost efficiency.
• Partner with accounting to track and report expenditures.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of restaurant SOPs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor hourly staff to uphold service and culture expectations.
• Support and maintain in-house training programs across all hourly positions.
• Actively participate in weekly management meetings.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure guest satisfaction and consistently high-quality menu execution.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment aligned with health and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with guests, team members, and cross-department partners.
• Provide warm, attentive hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
• Adjust environmental elements (music, lighting, temperature) to maintain the desired dining atmosphere.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven success in high-volume restaurant environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong passion for food, beverage, and elevated service.
• Professional, polished, and energetic leadership style.
• Ability to thrive in a systems-driven, detail-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and common restaurant management systems.
• Adaptability and alignment with company values and operational standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
