Job Description

Ulla Johnson is seeking a Senior Production Manager (TEMP) to support our Production team. This role will support the Sr. Director of Production in all operational production functions. They will also work in tandem with, and have support from, the Production Coordinator and Production Assistant.

*Please note that this a part-time, temporary role with an expected duration from August 2025 to February 2026.

Job Responsibilities:

Workflow/Calendar Admin-

• Issuing units by factory for each projection (with Senior PD and Production Coordinator)
• Creating/maintaining/sending official Pos to factories
• Clean up OPEN WIP units from leftover production PO's that have shipped out
• Responsible for tracking bulk shipment dates and hand overs to the forwarder
• Pull Initial % Receivings Goal prior to Shipping
• Liaise with freight forwarder regarding upcoming shipments
• Responsible for issuing projections to vendors and final PO’s in RLM
• Approval of all finished goods and trim invoices (with Production Coordinator and Assistant)

Costing-

• Assist Senior Director in costing exercises and issuing target prices for factories (Spring, Pre-Fall, and Fall 2026 seasons)
• Assist Senior Director in negotiating final production costs
• Responsible for entering estimate and final cost sheets in RLM (with Production Coordinator)
• Responsible for working with the customs broker to ensure styles are clearing under accurate HTS codes for costing purposes (with Production Coordinator)
• Finalizing Costs with factories + entering prices on PO

• Able to work collaboratively as a team player within the department and cross functional teams
• Self-starter personality; driven by deadlines with a high sense of urgency

Hourly Wage: $40.00- $55.00

*Compensation may vary based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. Ulla Johnson reserves the right to offer a salary outside of this range based on these considerations.
