As a **Security Professional - Industrial Patrol** in **San Jose, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more . As an unarmed patrol officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. Your role is essential in supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors through teamwork and a caring approach. **Position Type: Full Time** **Pay Rate: $24.75 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Mon07:30 AM - 04:30 PM Tue07:30 AM - 04:30 PM Wed07:30 AM - 04:30 PM Thur07:30 AM - 04:30 PM Fri07:30 AM - 04:30 PM **What You'll Do:** + Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites + Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education + Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams + Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service + Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. + Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter.
