TITLE: SEASONAL SALES ASSOCIATE

REPORTS TO: STORE MANAGER and ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Estelle Colored Glass’ Seasonal Sales Associate is whip-smart, go-getting, proactive and

organized who is passionate about delivering an exceptional retail and customer service

experience. This is a temporary position who will act as brand ambassadors and provide a

best-in-class retail experience. They are the host of the party that provides a smooth retail

experience to our customers and supports our mocktail bar.

REQUIREMENTS

Genuine enthusiasm for retail who holds an outgoing, friendly demeanor. An ability to work in a

fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator,

personable and has incredible attention to detail and a healthy sprinkle of perfectionism. This

person embodies the Estelle attitude - a positive, fun, curious person who loves people. We

require open availability, including weekends and holidays for this position. This position reports

to the Store Manager. Depending on business needs, this position has the potential to be

extended.

STOREFRONT & RETAIL EXPERIENCE

● Interact with each customer with the goal of introducing the brand, answering product

questions, closing the sale, and building a long-term client relationship.

● Offer every customer an opportunity to enjoy a complimentary mocktail in one of our

Estelle glasses

● Ensure the sales floor is stocked and tidy at all times while adhering to inventory

guidelines.

● Participate in nightly cleanings of store and bar areas

● Oversee customer flow and Estelle experience.

● Ensures visual merchandising standards are maintained, the store is always client-ready

and tidy at all times.

● Actively maintain a strong customer service presence on the sales floor to deter theft

and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

● Process transactions accurately, while handling credit cards and gift cards. ( We do not

accept cash.)

● Participate in store events or client-related events as needed, representing the brand and

enhancing client relationships (These could be outside of normal business hours.)

● Follow store opening and closing procedures.
