JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. This role will be central to U.S. marketing efforts, leading our social media presence, written communications, and public relations activities. Working closely with the other members of our marketing team, you will develop and execute content strategies that engage our audience, support sales efforts, and amplify our brand story. You’ll also serve as the key point of coordination with our PR partners and external agencies. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys writing, storytelling, and building community engagement through digital channels.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of marketing, communications, or social media experience, preferably in a growth-focused organization.
- Experience running full Campaigns and direct customer engagement.
- Experience in Agriculture Tech / Cattle Industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email campaign platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact)

- Strong attention to detail, both written and numerical.
