Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Right of Way Agent located in Tucson, AZ. The agent will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits (road crossings, railroads, etc.) for the project, coordinating with regulatory agencies, preparing documentation, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will also interact with landowners, manage project timelines, and work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth project operations. The right of way spans several hundred miles of Arizona and New Mexico, so travel will be required. Competitive day rates and travel expenses provided.
