Pay Range: $33 - $58/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support nursing staff across clinical operations
• Oversee quality standards, workflow, and survey readiness initiatives
• Partner with providers, clinical teams, and administration to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching, education, and competency checks
• Promote evidence-based nursing practices and contribute to performance improvement initiatives

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• RN License (Single-State or Compact Multi-State) – Required
• BLS Certification (AHA) – Required
• Associate’s in Nursing Required | BSN Preferred
• 2+ years of RN experience (Leadership or supervisory background preferred)
• Strong organizational, mentoring, and communication skills.
