Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Recruiter with agency experience, ideally within finance, accounting, C-suite, insurance, private wealth, or banking. If you are a motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives on connecting top talent with great opportunities, we want to talk to you.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in agency recruiting or inside sales, with a proven ability to source, attract, and place high-level candidates. You will step into a role with an existing book of business and active client openings, giving you immediate access to revenue-generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and place top talent.
  • Client engagement: Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, present qualified candidates, and manage the hiring process from introduction to offer.
  • Candidate development: Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates in key industries.
  • Proactive outreach: Cold call, network, and leverage referrals to build pipelines of top-tier professionals.
  • Market expertise: Stay current on industry trends, talent movement, and best recruiting practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to enhance the client experience and identify new business opportunities.
  • Process management: Maintain accurate, detailed records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure an organized, high-touch recruiting process.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting, inside sales, or business development
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in finance, accounting, C-suite, insurance, private wealth, or banking
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers
  • Analytical mindset to track recruiting metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
