Your Role: As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to join our growing team. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success and growth of the organization and mission-driven solutions.

  • You will develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with department managers to strategize, execute hiring plans and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Leverage cutting-edge tools and ATS to streamline hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and staffing regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting
  • IT recruitment knowledge
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and close candidates in competitive markets
  • Strong understanding of VMS, ATS, and recruitment analytics and platforms (e.g. Bullhorn, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Passion for building relationships and driving talent solutions
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
