We’re hiring an experienced Records Management Office Professional to join a high-impact team responsible for regulatory and operational oversight of enterprise records. This is a hybrid role requiring a strong background in records and information management (RIM), particularly within a financial services or consulting environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Interpret and apply key regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC 17a-3/4, CFTC 1.31, FINRA, Dodd-Frank).
• Lead governance for processes like Swap Trade Reconstruction and support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and business units to ensure records policies are implemented and enforced.
• Drive improvements in how records are stored, retrieved, retained, and destroyed—leveraging technology where possible.
• Monitor and communicate regulatory changes locally and globally.
• Present records management insights and best practices to senior management.
• Help lead transformation initiatives to meet evolving regulatory and corporate governance standards.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in records management, preferably in financial services or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Clear and concise communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with global regulations or Systemically Important Financial Institutions.
• Familiarity with capital markets or banking front-to-back workflows.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• A strong network of industry contacts in records governance.
