Condo and Co-Op Litigator | No Billable Hour Target | $1M Potential Earnings

The Role 💼

• HOA & Co-op Disputes : Represent condominium and cooperative boards in litigation involving bylaw enforcement, assessment collection, shareholder/owner disputes, and fiduciary duty claims.
• Building Defect & Construction Claims : Manage litigation related to construction defects, warranty issues, and contractor disputes, coordinating with engineers, architects, and expert witnesses.
• Board Advisory & Compliance : Counsel boards on governance disputes, regulatory compliance, and enforcement of building rules, often involving DHCR, DOB, or AG oversight.
• Litigation Strategy & Representation : Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances in complex real estate and co-op/condo-related matters
