As a Promotions Assistant, you’ll play a key role in driving sales through engaging promotional events and direct customer interaction. You’ll be on the front lines of our campaigns, representing top brands, promoting products and services, and converting interest into measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively approach and engage with customers to present product features and close sales. Represent our clients with enthusiasm while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Product Promotion: Deliver compelling brand messaging and product demonstrations at promotional events. Communicate value propositions and special offers to drive conversions.
• Sales Targets & Performance: Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals. Work closely with team leads to improve sales techniques and track personal performance.
• Event-Based Sales Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns at high-traffic events, retail locations, and community spaces. Ensure brand consistency while generating excitement and interest in client offerings.
• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a motivated team to hit shared sales targets, assist with event setup, and maintain high energy and professionalism at all times.
• Campaign Support: Help implement promotional strategies that align with both client sales objectives and our mission to support charitable causes.
