Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, located in St. Petersburg, FL. The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities from start to finish. They will ensure construction site safety, organize project tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time. Daily tasks will involve collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Qualifications

• Construction Site Management and Construction Safety skills
• Strong Organization Skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Project Management
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Extensive knowledge of all building trades
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• At least 5 years experience in commercial construction management is required
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Project and AIA
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP or OSHA, are a plus
