Weekly Pay Package:
Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid : $1,617.00
Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable): $1,216.00
Weekly Gross : $3,289.00
Experience Required:
Minimum one year of inpatient hospital experience
Certifications Required:
Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification
IV Certification
PharmD or RPh (only one required)
State pharmacy license
