Overnight Corporate Security Guard  

Job Information:
Our Overnight Corporate Security Guard is responsible for maintaining all aspects of physical security of this highly secure manufacturing facility (banking). This role is to provide and maintain a high level of protection of the building, assets, and staff. This includes managing all traffic in and out of premises and reporting to Management any threats to security. Located in Eatontown, NJ

• Permanent position, starts out through staffing firm
• Schedule: Sunday night - Friday morning 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM.
• Paying $22 - $23 per hour

Overnight Corporate Security Guard Responsibilities:

• Serves as first point of contact with all visitors, vendors, guests and all outside personnel
• Monitors build closed loop security cameras, walks and inspects building and premises regularly
• Enforces standard operating procedures: Building Safety & 360 Security
• First in, everyday. Opens building, disables alarm systems. Immediately begins security protocol checks.
• Serves as Command and Control for all workplace security threats, concerns and incidents
• Represents company with all things Security related and serves as 1-point of contact with: general Public, local & State law enforcement and corporate staff, etc.
• Management of visitors in and out of facility.
• Management of deliveries and shipments, enforcing all mandatory security protocols in place.
• Daily observation via CCTV and access control system of movement and activity in the facility.
• Promptly report to Management any suspected violations of Company Security policies.
• Maintain logs including but not limited to access control badges, deliveries, and incident reports.
  Create / Update procedures (procedures must be approved by CISO before being used)
• Manage PTO / Vacations and so on.
• Enforce that all employees as the other guards are following the stablished process. For instance, returning badges, escorting visitors and so on.

Overnight Corporate Security Guard Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school education or vocational / technical training is highly desired.
• Prior law enforcement experience or at least five (5) years of related Corporate Security experience from another highly secure data facility such as banking/lending, pharmaceutical, or other related highly secure facility
• Must be able to work in a Federally regulated work environment (banking)
