About the Role:

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Order & Invoice Analyst to join their Supply Chain Management & Systems team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and payment for vendor orders. The analyst will coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth end-to-end invoice and order workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and received quantities (3-way match).
• Coordinate across departments to resolve invoice holds in a timely manner.
• Communicate directly with vendors to correct invoice issues and recover missing invoices.
• Submit emergency payment requests as needed to support business-critical operations.
• Escalate and resolve vendor credit holds, ensuring uninterrupted supplier relationships.
• Support the management and creation of tax exemption documentation.
• Ensure vendor payment terms are accurately maintained with procurement teams.
• Generate reports tracking invoice/order issues and share updates with leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform other tasks as needed in support of the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in order or invoice management.
• Hands-on experience with 3-way match invoice processing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor engagement and internal collaboration.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or QAD.
