HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner , FNP, Adult Nurse Practitioner, ANP, or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, AGNP to join an Occupational Medicine Clinic located in Mount Vernon, Washington.

Join a dedicated group of healthcare professionals providing essential occupational medicine services to migrant and underserved populations just north of Seattle . This clinic was founded with the mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals who are often overlooked by traditional healthcare systems. Serving primarily immigrants from Mexico and South America, the clinic focuses on meeting the unique healthcare needs of individuals working in agricultural and other physically demanding industries.

Occupational Medicine Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

• Work full-time 40 hours per week, 8AM -5PM
• No call, no weekends
• Ability to work remote and on-site in a balanced hybrid role, if desired
• Start with a patient panel of existing adult patients
• Treats patients with work related injuries
• Provide on-going assessment for new symptoms and updates treatment plans
• Make referrals to as needed
• Do not provide urgent or emergent care
• Have the opportunity to cross train with specialists
• Work at a practice that is Narcotic Free while still prescribing
• Document patient care
• Learn Occupational Health Administrative practices
• Join a practice that serves a diverse immigrant population
• Join a Clinician owned practice rooted in the community
• Join as a second NP on site in a growth opportunity
• Joins a team willing to train and develop new graduate NP skills

Occupational Medicine Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner Requirements:

• Master’s Degree
• Ability to obtain WA license
• New graduate NPs are welcome to apply
• Desire to serve the community
• Desire to learn a specialty

Occupational Medicine Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner Compensation:

• 140,000 - 155,000
• Sign On, Relocation Assistance 3-10K
