Neurology Opportunity Near Charlotte, North Carolina

This is an ideal role for a Neurologist seeking autonomy, stability, and the ability to shape the direction of a growing service line. This opportunity is based on a high-demand referral base and offers room for clinical and professional growth.

Practice Overview:

• Join a well-supported community health system as an outpatient Neurologist, with APPs onsite and Neurohospitalists covering inpatient care
• Focus exclusively on outpatient Neurology with no inpatient or clinic call responsibilities
• Benefit from seamless access to in-house diagnostics, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, and full lab services
• Practice in a setting designed for growth, with a collaborative team and expanding clinic infrastructure

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday schedule with standard 8am–5pm hours
• No nights, weekends, or after-hours responsibilities
• Option for a 4- or 4.5-day workweek , depending on income and lifestyle goals
• Consistent patient volume driven by strong regional demand for Neurology care

Compensation & Benefits:

• $400,000 guaranteed base salary with RVU model
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
• 3 weeks of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, 5 days of CME
