Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor-MRI to join our healthcare team.

About the Role : The S upervisor-MRI works with minimal supervision . Exercises discretion and independent judgment in handling personnel issues including training plans, quality review and education, equipment malfunctions, scheduling and staffing. Supervises MRI inpatient and outpatient in Orange and Irvine location to ensure high level of service, productivity, and maintain/improve stakeholder satisfaction. Manages HR related needs with MRI Manager. Ensures compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures, and State and Federal regulations. Acts as a Liaison between internal and external customers to resolve any satisfaction or service concerns. Able to operate all equipment in MRI and instructs others in the operation. Able to perform a variety of advanced procedures that require independent judgment and clinical expertise. Shows initiative in accepting new responsibilities and learning new procedures. Performs other duties as needed.

Position: Supervisor MRI

Location: Orange, CA

Shift: Days with On call rotation and sometime weekend rotation too.

Pay range and compensation package :

  • Base Salary up to $200,000 per annum.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise MRI inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Manage HR related needs with MRI Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external customers.
  • Operate all equipment in MRI and instruct others.
  • Perform advanced procedures requiring independent judgment.
  • Accept new responsibilities and learn new procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Venipuncture Certification.
  • Must possess a RDCS certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or RCS certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
  • Must be able to participate in on call rotation and work weekend rotations.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years recent MRI experience in an Adult Acute Care Facility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
  • BLS Required.
  • ARRT MRI certification.

Required Skills :

  • Strong clinical expertise in MRI.
  • Ability to handle personnel issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
