Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-potential, ambitious marketer to join our fast-growing team with strong background/knowledge in Commercial Real Estate, preferably lending, in USA market. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to take ownership of our marketing function, drive measurable growth, and grow into the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) role as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel marketing strategies including Paid Social, SEM, display, and email campaigns
  • Manage and distribute high-quality content to support brand growth and lead generation
  • Align marketing efforts with product, sales, and customer teams to ensure consistency and impact
  • Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report ROI
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors for timely, high-impact campaign delivery
  • Support customer and market research initiatives

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Must have strong working knowledge of Commercial Real Estate; lending experience is a plus
  • 3+ years in a marketing role, ideally within SaaS or marketplace environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing channels: SEM, paid social, email marketing
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Make.com, n8n, and Zapier – must be able to design and integrate tech-driven workflows to streamline and scale marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to incorporate technology and automation into campaign strategy and execution
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
