Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a robust docket of litigation files, including personal injury defense and commercial claims.

• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and legal memoranda.

• Conduct depositions of parties and expert witnesses.

• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials.

• Perform legal research and contribute to case strategy.

• Maintain communication with clients and provide case updates and evaluations.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to support case development and resolution.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.

• Active license to practice in Georgia state and federal courts.

• 2+ years of litigation experience with focus on premises liability, product liability, or commercial matters.

• Knowledge of both state and federal court procedures.

• Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple files.

• Comfortable transitioning between cases and court deadlines independently.
