Responsibilities will include performing due diligence investigation; preparation and processing of land use amendment and zoning applications; and representation of projects at all levels of governmental review. Applicants will be working in a private land planning practice but must possess the ability to interface with public agencies. Applicants must be both highly self-motivated and willing to work in a team environment. Design skills, community presentations, and public hearings are valuable attribute.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience. Project management experience in both public and private sectors. Strong writing and verbal communication skills required.
