About Us:

Clubhouse Central is Westchester’s newest activity hub for kids in grades K–6—designed by a local parent, for local families. From after-school programs and drop-off hours to birthday parties and creative classes, we’re building a vibrant, safe, and enriching space where children can learn, chill, play, and grow.

The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and creative leader to help bring Clubhouse Central to life!

As Manager , you’ll take the lead role in shaping our programming, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a team that’s excited to make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the facility
• Collaborate with the Owner and Assistant Managers to design engaging activities and classes
• Hire, train, and manage part-time staff and instructors
• Maintain a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children and families
• Handle scheduling, parent communication, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (education, recreation, or childcare background preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Creativity, flexibility, and a passion for kids and community
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a start-up environment
• Someone who has been part of or led an After School Program, teachers, educators and care providers.
