Job Description

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst that will be responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of the organization's IT systems and services. This role involves providing hands-on technical support, assisting in the administration of infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and cloud platforms, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents to support day-to-day business operations.

Since this is an on-site support role, the position follows a fully in-person model and will be based at the client's location.

Responsabilities:

  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, systems) to ensure high availability and performance;
  • Respond to technical incidents, service requests, and alerts in a timely manner;
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals;
  • Apply security patches and updates to maintain system compliance;
  • Assist in backup routines, audits, and inventory control of IT assets;
  • Support end users with technical issues and escalate when necessary;
  • Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps;
  • Participate in regular IT meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field;
  • Solid knowledge of IT fundamentals: networking, operating systems, cybersecurity, and cloud basics;
  • Familiarity with service management principles (ITIL) and basic project support;
  • Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud);
  • Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Azure Fundamentals).

It is important to be based in Florida , Georgia , Kentucky , New Jersey , or Texas.
