About the Company - Mackenzie Stuart are partnered with a leading, multistate ABA therapy company who are seeking a dynamic an Intake Director to lead their team of Intake Representatives and streamline the intake process. Candidates must be able to travel into the office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Intake Representatives
• Supervise incoming inquiries via phone, email, or web forms, ensuring prompt and effective responses
• Assess prospective client needs and determine their eligibility for services
• Train staff on empathetic sales techniques and monitor performance
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging that attracts qualified leads
• Track leads through the intake pipeline
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on intake performance and trends.
• Work closely with clinical teams, case managers, and marketing to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
• Implement quality control measures to elevate the patient intake experience and streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' customer service/patient management/admissions/intake experience in the healthcare services industry
• Proven experience in team leadership and management of direct reports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle inbound inquiries effectively and empathetically
• Experience in data entry and documentation practices
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on optimizing processes
