Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR team in day-to-day operations across multiple functions
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation coordination, and document processing
  • Assist with HR communications and internal initiatives (adding content to new employee SharePoint site, developing & distributing internal employee communications etc.)
  • Social Media, Sprinkler and LinkedIn experience (Ability to create videos, presentations, employee spotlights etc. )
  • Help track and report HR metrics (including dashboards)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state employment laws
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in a career in Human Resources
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), & Power Bi
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior internship or part-time experience in HR or office environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems or ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
