Job Description

A high-profile family in Hillsborough, CA is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and professional Housekeeper to maintain the household and support day-to-day operations. This is an onsite role requiring flexibility, an extremely high level of detail, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in private homes and is accustomed to confidentiality and the standards of high-profile families.

*** This role is onsite in Hillsborough, CA. There is flexibility to 30–40 hours per week depending on the principal’s schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas in the household, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Perform laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and other clothing maintenance tasks.
• Assist with light meal prep and cooking of simple, everyday meals as needed.
• Oversee household inventory, ensuring cleaning supplies and essentials are stocked.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of private household experience required.
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Comfortable with basic meal preparation and kitchen tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
• Ability to lift and move household items as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $45–$50 per hour, depending on experience.
• paid holidays, and medical stipend offered.
