B2B Marketing Manager (Logistics & E-commerce) location: West Coast LA

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with business goals
• Identify new opportunities in cross-border e-commerce and logistics sectors
• Conduct market and competitor research to guide positioning
• Lead Generation & Campaign Management
• Launch multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid media, webinars)
• Drive qualified leads for sales team and improve marketing-sourced revenue
• Build and manage pipeline tracking via CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
• Content Creation
• Create localized marketing content including case studies, sales decks, whitepapers, blog posts
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to highlight value propositions
• Event & Partnership Marketing
• Plan and attend industry events, trade shows, and customer workshops
• Support joint campaigns with platforms and strategic partners
• Performance & Analytics
• Track marketing KPIs (MQLs, CPL, CAC, engagement metrics)
• Regularly report campaign performance and optimize based on insights
• Sales Enablement
• Provide sales teams with tools and materials to support client engagement
• Ensure messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints

Qualifications

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or SaaS industry
• Experience working with international or cross-border markets is a strong plus

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: email, SEO / SEM, social media, paid ads, and content
• Familiar with marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven mindset; able to analyze and interpret KPIs, conversion rates, and lead funnel metrics

Preferred Skills

• Experience in U.S. or LATAM marketing campaigns
• Bilingual (English + Chinese / Spanish) is a plus
• Familiar with brands like SHEIN, TikTok, Amazon, or Shopify
