Executive Assistant – Travel Company - $115k-$130k
Global travel company with offices in the San Fernando Valley is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support two C-Suite executives. The ideal candidate will operate as an effective and proactive gatekeeper while delivering high-level administrative assistance.

This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote!) will offer a good work-life balance and a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The Executive Assistant will receive a competitive base salary in the $115k-$130k range (DOE), plus a generous bonus and excellent benefits.
Other qualifications include 7-10 years of experience supporting C-level executives, a bachelor’s degree, and a very high level of poise and professionalism.
