As an Entry-Level Business Development Representative , you’ll be part of our marketing team with a focus on lead generation, customer engagement, and brand growth. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales and marketing while laying the groundwork for long-term career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Connect face-to-face with new customers daily to share current promotions
Deliver excellent customer support for existing clients
Represent client brands through live marketing campaigns in retail settings
Build rapport with customers and manage ongoing consumer relations
Generate qualified leads and consistently drive sales results
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (not required)
Strong interest in sales and marketing with a growth-driven mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
