As our next Director of Operations , you won’t just manage a plant—you’ll own the engine that powers growth. From raw ingredients to shipped smiles, you’ll lead every step of the journey.

💡 What You’ll Own

• Full oversight of our manufacturing and fulfillment operations
• Leadership of food safety, quality control, SOPs, and continuous improvement
• End-to-end data use: forecasting, labor planning, cost analysis, and scaling
• A passionate, high-output warehouse team (and daily standups to keep us aligned)
• Rapid optimization of systems as we scale from 8M → 25M+ in revenue

🧠 What You Bring

• 5+ years of ops leadership, ideally in food, CPG, or subscription fulfillment
• Direct-to-consumer & small parcel shipping know-how (bonus if you've scaled before)
• Mastery of Shopify, Katana, Shiphero, or Recharge (or you learn fast)
• Deep comfort with on-the-floor leadership —this is not a desk job
• Grit, drive, detail obsession—and a no-BS, “let’s make it happen” mindset

🎯 Extra Credit For

• ISO/SQF/Food Safety experience
• Military or logistics backgrounds
• A love of kids, creativity, and building something that matters
