Job Description

Digital Product Manager

Location: Irving Texas 5x a week onsite

Contract length: 6 mo to start

Schedule: CST Business Hours

Pay: $55-63 per hour based on experience (W2 and benefit options)

Our large Retail client, is looking for a Digital Product Manager for a 40 hour a week, ~ 6 month role. This role requires 5 days a week onsite at headquarters in Irving, TX.

Digital Product Manager Responsibilities:

  • Deliver recommendations to expand product usability, improve experiences, and measure impact on end users.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering to make sure products and features are launched and are on schedule.
  • Gather and analyze market research, user feedback, customer research, UAT, and feedback from stakeholders to ensure that the right solutions are being delivered.
  • Review product requirements and create documents, specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Participate and lead internal meetings around product deliverables.
  • Continuously experiment and measure feature success.
  • Help proactively identify and solve problems through the digital product ecosystem.

Product Manager Qualifications:

  • Bring 2-3 years of direct experience delivering value as a product manager.
  • Develop a deep understanding and empathy for our stores and use this knowledge to identify and solve problems.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders, market research, customer research, usability testing, and UAT to ensure we're designing the correct solutions.
  • Partner with software engineers to ensure products and features are launched correctly and on schedule.
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product usability, improve experiences, and measure impact on end users.
  • Produce and review product requirements documents, specifications, wireframes, and prototypes for new features and enhancements.
  • Plan to continuously experiment and measure feature success.
  • Have strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Be a doer who builds trust within teams and creates excitement about the challenges we plan to tackle.
