The Client Support Service Professional is responsible for handling incoming phone calls related to accounts. Support areas include Cash Management products and services, Online (client website), Mobile app, and general account or financial inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries about accounts, products, and services with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide support for Cash Management products, Online platform, and Mobile app.
• Manage calls in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Adapt quickly to changes and multitask effectively to maintain service quality.
• Consistently meet or exceed key department performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
• College degree OR
• Previous contact center experience
