Job Description

This role is for a client. They are looking to add a person to their team to manage all aspects of their customer support agreements. This role will be

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for CSA growth, ensuring alignment with company revenue objectives.
• Lead customer engagement initiatives, including on-site visits, account management, and renewal negotiations.
• Track and ensure Preventive Maintenance completion for all CSAs to maximize uptime and performance.
• Partner with Parts and Service Departments to ensure timely delivery and execution of CSA commitments.
• Develop and oversee CSA performance metrics, tracking sales goals, renewal rates, and service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience working in service ops, account management, warranty, and sales.
• Experience working with heavy equipment or industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
