Job Description

Objective: Manage and coordinate new product launches and special projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and achievement of cost savings objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and oversee timelines and milestones for new product launch projects using project management tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, QA, supply chain) and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Vendor Coordination: Assist Procurement in vendor selection and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements for successful product launches.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly updates and analytical reports to senior management.
  • Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project budgets.
  • Documentation: Create SOPs for departmental processes and maintain project documentation.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Lead weekly project status meetings with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the spirits or beverage industry.

Skills:

  • Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High level of autonomy and ability to self-start.
  • Business and supply chain competence and understanding.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Analytical skills for cost management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of kitting, reworks, and warehouse assembly instructions.
