• 2 years of experience working as a CRNA
• Active WA RN license
• WA CRNA license
• ACLS certification

Job Description

The CRNA provides anesthesia care in collaboration with surgeons and other healthcare professionals in an outpatient or clinic setting. This role includes preoperative assessment, anesthesia administration, intraoperative monitoring, and postoperative pain management. The CRNA ensures patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process.

Day to Day

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and physical exams.
• Review diagnostic studies and obtain informed consent for anesthesia.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Prepare and use anesthesia equipment and monitoring devices.
• Administer anesthetic agents and adjunct medications safely.
• Perform airway management, including intubation techniques.
• Provide post-anesthesia evaluation and pain management.
• Initiate cardiovascular and respiratory support as required.
• Discharge patients from recovery following established protocols.
• Manage anesthesia-related emergencies using ACLS protocols.
• Administer emergency medications and stabilize patients as needed.
